WMMAF India

On the 5th of June 2012 the World Mixed Martial Arts Federation [WMMAF] held its World MMA Congress at the Sokos Hotel Viru in Tallin Estonia. Delegates of 25 countries from the mma fraternity attended this landmark event and discussed about the development of the sport on the international level. Special guests at the world congress was Pride champion mma fighter Igor Vovchanchyn and WAKO world president Ennio Falsoni. During this meeting Daniel Isaac was elected as the official and sole representative of the WMMAF in India as president and founder member of the AMMAI [Association of Mixed Martial Arts India]. Daniel gave in his application on behalf of the AMMAI for India to host one of the upcoming WMMAF world championships , The application was received by Andrey Chistov world president of the WMMAF.
The WMMAF is the oldest mixed martial arts organization formed to develop the amateur and grassroots level of the sport worldwide and has its headquarters in Italy.
